Policy Statements
WEBSPACEAI owns rights to models, software, and brand assets. Users retain ownership of input content and, subject to the Terms of Service, own eligible outputs.
Outbound Output Provenance In addition to inbound takedown handling, WEBSPACEAI commits to: (a) embedding C2PA-compatible provenance metadata in generated image, audio, and video outputs identifying them as AI-generated; (b) maintaining a best-effort training-data filtering process to reduce verbatim reproduction of copyrighted text and code beyond permitted fair-use/license thresholds; (c) providing enterprise customers an output-similarity check tool (beta) to flag high-similarity matches to known copyrighted works before commercial use; (d) referencing the Output IP Indemnity terms in the Terms of Service Doc. 2 for paid enterprise/API customers.
WEBSPACEAI responds to valid infringement notices by removing infringing content and may terminate repeat infringer accounts.
Responsibilities
Legal owns IP enforcement; Trust & Safety processes takedowns; Research Engineering maintains training-data filtering and similarity-check tooling.
Compliance Requirements
Notices must meet DMCA Section 512 or equivalent statutory requirements.
Enforcement
Confirmed infringement results in removal and potential termination.
