Enterprise tenants receive: data isolation, configurable retention, SSO/SAML and RBAC, cryptographically signed audit logging with export, dedicated support, contractual DPA coverage, default training-data exclusion (per Doc. 6), and optional governing-law rider (per Doc. 2). Enterprise customers may request penetration test summaries under NDA.
Responsibilities
Enterprise team and CISO jointly own this overview.
Compliance Requirements
Enterprise SLAs documented in order forms consistent with this overview.
Enforcement
SLA breaches trigger service credits per contract terms.
