Purpose
Establishes the process for reporting misuse or abuse of Services.
Scope
All users, third parties, and employees.
Definitions
Abuse.
Policy Statements
Reports submitted via in-product tools or abuse@webspaceai.in. Severe harms (CSAM, violence threats) triaged within 24 hours; others within 5 business days. Anonymous reporting supported where legal; retaliation prohibited.
Responsibilities
Trust & Safety owns triage; Legal engaged for law enforcement referrals.
Compliance Requirements
Child safety reports referred to authorities (e.g., NCMEC) as legally required.
Enforcement
Removal, restriction, or termination for confirmed abuse.
